Hi Kaye,

If you use the direct upload option where you browse for the pic straight from your PC, I believe it will automatically downsize for you (can you try and let me know if it works?) the avatar section is within your profile you'll see a link at the top Smile.

If you're using a link from photobucket in the link to offsite bit I think photobucket has an option to chanege the pic to avatar sized somewhere.

I haven't used that option (I use photoshop, hehe), but yes, photobucket has a nice resize-tool with some prefixed sizes that works very well with a forum.
