Hi Matt.
How do we go about changing the AVATAR Picture, ?? I have now signed up for photobucket, but having a little difficulty cross ref between photobucket to Breeders forum. or as I suspect do I have to send the pictures to you first for your approval first .??

No you don't need to send them to me first. To post images in posts, follow the instructions here: https://www.cavybreeder.com/forum-help-announcements-f2/how-to-post-a-picture-in-a-post-t66.htm

To change your avatar, you don't need photobucket. Go to profile > avatar and from there you can browse & upload directly from your computer (or use the linking option with the photobucket link).
