how do I empty my watched items box as its getting quite full and some of them are old ?

If you go to Profile > Topic(s) being watched and from that list you can tick and stop watching them, also in your Profile > Preferences tab you can switch off automatic topic watching if you prefer Smile

Hi Matt
I've already tried that and pressed save and its deleted them from my profile but when I go onto view posts they are all still there . Every topic I've posted in is in my view posts .
