Since things have changed since the old days of CBF and more people will be using mobile devices to browse and post, I thought this would help. 

Using a mobile device 
When you are on the post topic or reply screen writing your message, click on the following icon then - select files - select the images you wish - send all - insert all and post your message.

On web version if browsing on a computer / laptop etc, click the following icon then select files - select the images you wish - send all - insert all and post your message.

If you are finding the pics are coming out too big then reduce pixel width as shown
