Bringing up old posts and Mutiple posting
I know i've been on this forum for only a few weeks, but i've been on others past years.
Some things bug me like members bringing up old posts that were made in Febuary or even 2 years ago?
and also people Mutiple posting rather then just editing thier previous post.
Has anyone else noticed this?

Re: Bringing up old posts and Mutiple posting
Sometimes it is nice to bring up old posts, especially if it is to update people on the topic, but at other times it is quite pointless.
You only have a short period of time to edit posts, so that might be why some people double post rather than edit their original one

Re: Bringing up old posts and Mutiple posting
I've noticed people mutiple post within a few seconds though which is confusing.
It is nice for posts to be updated etc but if it's pointless like to reply to a post for instance someone had been off the forum for ages and the post was posted a year ago and someone else replies it's a bit confusing

Re: Bringing up old posts and Mutiple posting
I have replied to old posts if i haven't seen them before, I can't see any harm in it really.
If it's an old post and it ennoys you then don't read it. After all we don't have to read everyone.

If it is an old post which no longer has relevance, then the mods will lock it, otherwise, no harm in replying to old threads
